Since aesthetics is the main goal for looksmaxxers, not every muscle deserves equal attention.

1) Obliques

-A heavy blocky waist ruins the aesthetics and destroys the V taper if you ever had one.
-The only way to train obliques if you ever do is through Russian cable twists, once in every alternate week.
-Do add planks, hanging leg raises regularly tho for the overall core development, just not the side trunks.

2) Traps (upper trapezius only)

-Massive traps push your shoulders up, kill the long-neck aesthetic, and make you look “bulldog.”
-Slight development is clean and masculine, but overgrown traps make your chest/shoulders look small.
-They do add a good amount of intimidating look with a shirt on tho. But still not really aesthetic.

3) Front delts

-Why on earth would you ever train this? It’s already hammered enough on the chest press with the proper range of motion.
-If you isolate too much they kill the round 3D shoulder cap look.
-Just train rear delts (very imp) and side delts more and you are good to go.

Literally heard a foid at work say that she hates overdeveloped traps on men yesterday. There's even a fun word for that sorta thick ugly bodybuilder neck in German: "Stiernacken", or literally "bull's neck", which was the term she used

U have no clue what ur talking abt, obliques don’t need to be trained but in some cases can make ur waist look more aesthetically even though it may be very slightly bigger, also u most likely thinking the traps that show from the front are ur upper traps but there literally ur middle traps and ur upper trap get biased in something like a Lu raise, third front delts should still be trained and many peoples front delts have fallen behind because of the don’t train front delts propaganda

If you're a natural you don't have to think about any of this. Just lift and get as big as you can
