Litteraly you dont understand that the true cause of acne/bad skin is diet. You dont need acutane and all that shit. You just have to drink a gallon of water a day, and eat as many raw fresh fruits and greens as you can in a day, e limit greatly the salt, sugar, coffee, chocolate, dairy, meat and fish consumption, (and avoid completely any form of junk food and frying or cooked oil) thats it bros!
If you want to do it, do it, otherwise don’t do it. Try and you will see.

The only effect from diet is blood sugar fluctuations, meaning the only thing you should be looking at is glycemic index (or equivalents)
 
dairy is huge, i haven't had a single pimple since i cut out dairy from my diet

Yes I'd say milk if you can find an organic unpaustorized raw (and drink raw) one thats fine, otherwise stay away from any form of dairy. Meat also you should just remove it from your diet.
The healthiest food you can eat are fruit, vegetables, dark leafy greens, sprouted grains/seeds.
Focus mostly on plant foods (they will give you all the nutrition you need) and your skin will glow I promise.

You clearly are not informed. You should just try for yourself to see if what I am saying is true or not. You are so focused on the outside you dont even think about what happen inside our body. You dont realize that what is internal is just as important and is the cause of what happens on the outside. What food does it gives you nutrients and stuff, it literally is you. So pay attention to what you put in your body.

No, I eat clean as fuck. No chocolate, mostly whole foods, barely eat out. Guess what? It made no difference.

Depends what type of scars you have. If you're talking regular hyperpigmentation it will go away on its own in time.

If you're talking pitted scars, you need Jesus.

I have both, hyperpigmentation and true scars. I think it's also combination of ice pick scars and generally big pores. I will use tca Cross, subcision and fraxel laser to ascend

I eat rn a lot of bananas, strawberries and kiwis. Also, a couple of vegetables that I don't know the name in English jfl.

Beans too. The rest of my diet is meat, rice, potatoes and yeah that is it, rarely eat other than this.

My dad has acne scars to this day, my brother had problems too and I am taking accutane right now. Do not give people false hope on something that you cant control (like I said, that might be the case but just for a COUPLE OF PEOPLE).

agreed, people saying they eat clean or healthy are the same type who say "uhh I dont really like chocolate or sugar" like ok then keep lying I will wait for you to finish, its hard though I will admit eliminating sugars and processed foods and even keeping sugars from fruit to a minimum + high protein diet too, if you want it bad enough though you will try at least

You generalize your diet recommendations too much. I have zero acne on keto/carni. No carbs = no acne for me. However, I've got to test if it's really carbs or just sugar, once I'm 12% bf I'll reintroduce carbs with zero sugar (fructose and lactose count, by the way).

My point is you dont need chemical stuff and lasers to have a clear skin thats it, you dont even know what that stuff does to your body long term. I experimented with natural means on myself, and all the acne scars etc have gone away since I cleaned up my diet.

I tried everything to treat acne. Zinc megadose vit b megadose on tretinoin for 8 months low GI intermittent fasting, you name it. The root cause though, which are fucked up hormones, are out of my reach, for now

Its not the carbs neither the sugars. Its because when you went carni you probably fixed your diet and removed all processed and junk food, and now your body is healthier than before and has the chance to eliminate all that toxic waste that has accumulated previously.
You just went on a more natural diet, and the more a thing is natural, the more will make you attractive/healthy. That doesn’t mean the meat is the healthiest food.

bro vits arent shit anyways since them pills arent 100% bioavaliable, make sure you have high protein diet aka our building blocks for everything, megadosing tret wont help except dry your skin out too which is worse, its a patient game because im a gymcel and even ill admit going low sugar and no processed food is very hard so its hard for me to believe others can hop on and do it, need to ride it out for 2 weeks at the minimum, plus you do know serotonin/dopamine/gaba is also made up in the gut too, so what you put in your mouth actually affects these important chemicals too

I ate vegetables too. 100 gram of tomatoes only has 3 mg of carbs, sugarfree yogurt has 4. That's enough to keep you in ketosis state if your daily intake of carbs is less than 20 g. 0 carb diet is just a more extreme version of that. Maybe it's not the healthiest long term, but It works extremely well for lowering bf.
I really just gotta test it.
 
this is true, i erased completely milk and anything made of it from my diet and my horrible acne went away in like 15 days no joke

i think dairy does cause acne but i think sugar is more damaging

speaking anecdotally but I'll eat dairy and my skin will be decent, whereas if I eat a chocolate bar (loaded with sugar) my skin immediately flares up the next day and I get white heads

Just as an example; people will cut out dairy because they're eating chocolate but it's probably the excess sugar
But it makes sense that dairy would cause acne since it spikes your hormones (like testosterone) and that would give you acne if you're susceptible
