There are fat people who change their pillowcase every 2 months, never wash their face except when showering, touch their face constantly, don't use any meme facial exfoliators and creams, eat the most garbage food you can imagine, work in dirty environments and still have perfect baby smooth skin.

The cause of acne is 100% genetics. That's not to say that you can't make acne better by doing changing your diet, but the reason you developed acne in the first place is because your subhuman skin can't handle male hormones, certain foods or normal human behavior such as touching your face aka having subhuman genetics.

I had mild acne between ages 13 and 25 (a painful cist every month or two, nothing too bad) and now finally at 26 it's gone completely, I haven't had a single cist or pimple in 8 months. I didn't change my diet or hygiene at all.
Back when I had occasional painful cists nothing I did worked, a new painful cist would always form after the last one had healed. Quitting sugar, milk, carbs, using exfoliating gels, changing my sheets every other day, none of that worked. For me the cause was probably hormones.

I DID IT. Nothing changed. Zero, nada, zilch. Tbh, I couldn't care less about it but sometimes those lesions get big and they hurt.
drink lots of water and eat at least a pound of fresh fruits and a pound of fresh greens a day

Only if you're subhuman with acne, it can help, but it won't completely cure your acne. Only accutane or getting old can cure acne, everything else is a bandaid.

Some people simply never develop acne regardless of their lifestyle or diet. Genetics determine how your skin reacts to hormones and certain foods.

Green algae are one of the most if not the most nutritious food there is on the planet:

Seaweed and algae are the ultimate form of green food because they contain every amino acid we need in high quantities, has essential trace minerals our soils may not have, and the only plant based source I know of with DHA and EPA omega 3 fats (as opposed to ALA omega 3).

I believe sea based algae is a contributing factor to least one reason why ocean animals can get so much bigger than land animals. They eat plankton which eats the algae. The algae is full of minerals for strong bones plus complete proteins and fat complexes. So the plankton must be an extremely nutrient dense food source that is superior to what is found on land.

You just have to drink a gallon of water a day, and eat as many raw fresh fruits and greens as you can in a day, e limit greatly the salt, sugar, coffee, chocolate, dairy, meat and fish consumption, (and avoid completely any form of junk food and frying or cooked oil) thats it bros!

Longevity is a shitty argument as it is above all is correlated with your lack of androgens (they weaken the immune system). Asian women live the longest regardless of diet and black men the shortest on average, no wonder.

I’ve been living on fat for almost 4 years now and I have excellent health markers. You can get all your needed simple sugara from milk (lactose).

Well actually since I went vegetarian/vegan my skin cleared up completely. Plants dont have antinutrients, the bacteria you find in fiber yes it is indigestible, in fact is not for you, is for your gut bacteria, so its necessary for life, you dont find that in meat products, and that is a big problem, because the immune system needs fiber to be healthy.
Your skin cleared up since you went carni because you probably are not eating the processed foods you were eating before, so you are eating more natural foods. But long term, carni, is not sustainable and you will have defo problems

1/4 of my calories come from watery fruits ad veggies which is vital for proper electrolyte regulation and hydration.

That being said, I think the optimal human diet is sea based with lots of fatty marine life (ofc eat from clean waters and eat smaller animals to reduce heavy metals). Nothing really mogs this.. good luck finding bioavailability in plant foods. I was vegan for 2+ years and this helped my skin but nuked my overall health - mind you I was "whole food" vegan with very clean diet plan and supplementation.

My skin currently is in best shape because of my organic animal based diet.. I've been doing all kinds of meme diets for the past 10 + years and nothing comes close to this. I'm perfectly aware where you stand now and what your thought process is since I was once there. Few years down the road you will be going meat based with full force tbh.

No, you were probably not eating enough nutrients and/or foods which are not optimal to eat on a plant based diet we should be mostly consuming chlorophyll rich dark leafy greens, chia seeds flaxseeds, and as you mentioned rightfully we need seafood but not to animal seafood we need algae like spirulina chlorella Irish moss and all kinds of green blue algae that we can consume because it is one of the most nutrient dense food on the planet, it provides with literally all kind of nutrients we need. Oh and btw I am not vegan, I am vegetarian. I include raw eggs and raw milf into my diet, and they give me everything that I might be lacking.

Never said to starve. I said to clear up the diet, and of course reduce the calories a little bit, I am not saying to eat like 1500cal, but not more than 3500 calories. Btw you can eat all the calories you want but if you dont eat the nutrients you need you will have problems, and probably also T crash.
