True way to clean acne

Yeah, I used to have so much acne in my teens cause of milk, plaque on my teeth too

dudes we live in times when gymmaxxing is necessary especially when going to clubs. To bulk up you need a caloric surplus and therefore eat a lot.

I remember eating SUPER healthy yet still struggeling with breakouts at the crucial age of 17/18 and I am traumatized to this day.

TLDR: bulk up and if breakouts occur just eat accutane asap for a couple months to avoid scarring. I have clear skin now and can eat everything I like.
 
Just live a miserable life eating the plainest of foods forever theorem

Fermented dairy is not too bad. But actual milk has a lot of sugar in form of lactose on top of purely dairy related acne triggers.

but doesnt it destroy igf levels whats the point then? Igf is used for muscle repair and growth.
 
I cleared up my acne by going carnivore (only animal products, zero plants). Digestive issues and unhealthy gut bacteria caused by plant’s antinutrients are horrible for your body and your skin is like a canvas, your body shows it’s state through it. Unhealthy people have unhealthy looking skin
 
Litteraly you dont understand that the true cause of acne/bad skin is diet. You dont need acutane and all that shit. You just have to drink a gallon of water a day, and eat as many raw fresh fruits and greens as you can in a day, e limit greatly the salt, sugar, coffee, chocolate, dairy, meat and fish consumption, (and avoid completely any form of junk food and frying or cooked oil) thats it bros!
If you want to do it, do it, otherwise don’t do it. Try and you will see.

speaking anecdotally but I'll eat dairy and my skin will be decent, whereas if I eat a chocolate bar (loaded with sugar) my skin immediately flares up the next day and I get white heads

Just as an example; people will cut out dairy because they're eating chocolate but it's probably the excess sugar
But it makes sense that dairy would cause acne since it spikes your hormones (like testosterone) and that would give you acne if you're susceptible

For me it's carbs that causes acne, If I limit my carb intake to 40g or less a day I don't get single outbreak and I have perfectly clean skin. I think it's different for many people. Propionibacterium acnes (P acnes) is the bacteria that causes pimples and it needs glucose to survive, when I limit carbs = less acne overall.

Your diet is literally related to the health of your whole organism. Your skin is especially part of that equasion.

Eat nose to tail grass fed meat and fermented dairy and you will be fine. For me the berfect diet is mostly fatty sea food from clean waters and some meat with fruit. You just cant go wrong with that. Fuck greens and grains, they are toxic garbage.

I'm currently on vacation in Greece and i catch my own fish and octopuses and my skin is mogging hard even though i suffered from acne and seb derm for 10 years.

Well actually since I went vegetarian/vegan my skin cleared up completely. Plants dont have antinutrients, the bacteria you find in fiber yes it is indigestible, in fact is not for you, is for your gut bacteria, so its necessary for life, you dont find that in meat products, and that is a big problem, because the immune system needs fiber to be healthy.
Your skin cleared up since you went carni because you probably are not eating the processed foods you were eating before, so you are eating more natural foods. But long term, carni, is not sustainable and you will have defo problems.

you can eat but you shouldn't eat processed food, basically you should train your taste buds to eat only plain foods.
 
agreed, people saying they eat clean or healthy are the same type who say "uhh I dont really like chocolate or sugar" like ok then keep lying I will wait for you to finish, its hard though I will admit eliminating sugars and processed foods and even keeping sugars from fruit to a minimum + high protein diet too, if you want it bad enough though you will try at least

Organs are the most nutrious food you can eat on this planet, if you want to talk about micronutrients per kcal consumed, by far the best. You do realise if you eat a vegan diet you need to consume 30-40% more kcal compared to an animal based diet to reach the same nutrient values.

Your animal products don't have fiber, dont have antioxidants and lots of other nutrients you need to stay healthy. If you don't eat enough fiber you will get gut cancer, all the nutrients you need are found in plant foods. Where do you think your animals get all the nutrients that then go in the organs you eat? you literally eating what the other animal ate, which is: PLANTS

It's genetic. I once ate granny's made meals (tons of veggies, some meat and fruits) for 1 month without any candies or sugary beverage and my acne got worse. Then I started eating shit again and the lesions got smaller JFL.

JFL I barely eat at all and my skin condition is abysmal. I inherited my skin from my mother. It's really thin too.
