Too bad that I have the longest midface of this forum (ryo_hazuki can approve) and there is nothing I can do about. I do also have close set eyes which are not fixable as well. Its truly over for me.

What about facial asymmetry? Is there any surgery to fix it?

Yes it can be improved a lot with surgery, jaw, eyes, mouth, etc all can be improved to look more symmetric

Bad

I guess I need this then. What costs should I expect?

Probably about 25k for both the wraparound jaw implant and zygomatic implant, though do you have close set eyes? If you do adding width will make them look worse, if you don’t then you’re good to go @Curious0

What about lefort bro? Or do you not consider it a viable option since it's expensive af?

It sucks that besides fillers there is nothing for upper eyelid exposure

you could make your eyebrow longer, this may hide the close set eyes

Forgot that for hyperpigmentation you can also use hydroquinone and retin-a

Isn't that the whole point of a blepharoplatsy
Blepharoplasty is used to remove skin tissue to create upper eyelid exposure in older patients usually, it bascially does the opposite of what we want by exposing the upper eyelids, it’s a cuck procedure

canthopexy is unnecessary. Nct isn't that big an issue.

Oh what about ptosis surgery?

Canthal tilt is a meme that is pushed because people weren't as knowledgeable during the early days of lookstheory. The only reason I can think of that makes it attractive in men is because it signals youth. Also, if pct is a feminine trait, could nct not increase male dimorphism and possibly therefore attractiveness? I'm not arguing it's ideal but I think a slightly negative nct is in fact better than extreme pct.

  1. Flared nostrils - Alarplasty
  2. Bulbous nose - Tip plasty
  3. Hollow upper eyelid/Too much lid space - Fat graft or Hyaluronic fillers
  4. Narrow width eyes - Epicanthoplasty and/or Lateral Canthoplasty

By narrow width do you mean height or length? Many eyecels (including me) would benefit from longer palpebral fissures. But I'm not sure if that's possible.

Shit, that's some lifefuel right there. Gonna have to look into how much they can usually lengthen. Looks like a pretty technical surgery too.

I could use rhinoplasty and a hair transplant.

Oh yea that’s another one, I wouldn’t bother with it unless it’s severe ptosis tho any decent eye surgeon should be able to do it

I have this one on my left eyelid. It's not congenital (it started at ~13) and it bothers me a lot, but it's very slight and it fluctuates depending on my tiredness. As this complicates the assesment for surgery, the oftalmologist suggested it could be treated "pharmaceutically" using eye drops. I reasearched a bit about Phenylephrine and Brimonidine. I probably will be taking them later this year (they're prescription drugs) and will share my experience.

If it’s slight it’s not a problem if anything it might even be good since it makes your eye vertically narrower then it would be without it but if it drops too much over your pupil then it starts looking bad

What bothers me is the eyelid exposure compared to my other eye. My right eye has very little eyelid exposure, so even though it's mild, as I see it, the contrast is detrimental for the eye area (plain disharmonious). It's one of those annoying subtle flaws (at least IRL).

The attachment is a picture of my eyes, relaxed, and looking right in front of me (I took it right now, I'm very tired and sleep deprived, so this is as bad as it gets).

It low-key makes me look like a retard or Quasimodo or jsanza. When I sleep 8 hours it virtually disappears and my eyelids look symmetrical until I get tired again. Another annoying thing is that I raise both of my eyebrows to compensate (tourettes inducing) and feel a little self-concious when looking at people from my left side (making eye contact with the "ugly" eye). It also fucks a little bit with the perception of the canthalt tilt.

Not even that bad bro honestly don’t even worry about this in motion will bascially be unnoticeable to everyone because it’s so small, even in the pic it’s not that noticeable. Your eyes have decent shape that’s all that matters
