What are the best looksmaxxing foods you'd incorporate in your diet?

For example coconut water for the potassium debloat

or Oranges for the Vitamin C

or any other on the shelf supplements worth taking.

Such an innocent question man, reminds me of the kind of question I would ask here a few years back, my twiddling brown fingers pressing the keyboard on my crummy laptop whilst my prettyboy bone mogger room mate ate his honey cheerios and ramen noodles diet in the other room.

Butter for cholesterol and Eggs for Choline
 
Liver, salmon, sardines, beans, nuts, seeds, hard cheeses, milk, and as many veg as you can be bothered to eat, especially kale broccoli and pepper.

I did an analysis of it once and basically these food groups will give you all required micronutrients

But you do have to understand it’s cope.
