So this is probably the worst my eye area gets and it will only get worse with time, my plan so far is:
20221212 214456 0000

Apart from that I'll probably try other stuff like prp injections, every undereye area cream under the sun, sleepmaxxing and so forth

Do you guys have any other recommendations to try?

Filler and then fat graft sounds fine because half of the fat injected initially will survive and be permanent so it's better to be sure about how it would look like

I wouldn't get an implant in your situation, your PSL/SMV is so high the risk/reward ratio is not worth it. Last thing you would want is it to break harmony, deformation (pulling your undereyes giving you sclera show) , infection ect.

I would look for a concealer which should be enough.

If i was in your position bro i would just go and enjoy life and general softmaxxing, not gaslighting you but last thing i want to see is if you get pulled into over analysing things which this appears to be.

dark circles under eyes = lack of under eye support = recessed upper maxilla and infra rims

niko you need a lefort 3 and infraorbital rim implant
I'm trying to be realistic, and i would probably not do Lefort 3 (any sane person without severe deformation wouldn't either I assume) infraorbital rims is already on the list

I’m in the same situation as you, my under eye support could be better, but it’s not that bad that I woudl gamble getting orbital rim implants just yet. I’m also not a fan of fillers, so for now I’m kinda stuck between the two

Same here, orbitals rims seem a bit risky drastic, and fillers got so many mixed opinions it's hard to get a proper answer, I want my solution to be as permanent as possible and i think im ready to take the risk honestly to at least try fillers and follow my chart unless something else pops up

Won't fix hollowness though and isn't a permanent fix
true, but it brightens the area so gives the appearance of it being good, also it only takes 10 seconds to apply so not too important that it is temporary

The long term answer is orbital rim implants, because it’s 100% that it will only get worse with age, I can easily notice how mine will look on my mother’s eye area.

The only real question is how soon you would be willing to bite the bullet and fix it with surgery

Under eye concealer only helps with masking dark circles , it won’t fix the lack of three dimensional bone support around the eyes

I HAVE DARK CIRCLES BUT MY MAXILA ANF FORWARD GROWTH ARE TOP TIER HOW YOU EXPLAIN THAT
on a real note dark circles under eyes almost always indicate some recession in either the orbital rims, upper maxilla or zygos
there aren't any bones there to support the soft tissue which lead to a hollowed contrast (dark circles under the eye)

I don't like fucking about with an issue, so I will probably try getting it in early 2023 since I already have the money for it, just need to read more about it to know exactly what shape and get CT scans done

Dark circles are such an annoying phenomenon becauase other than the obvious maxilliar recession reason, they can be caused by many things. Vitamin deficiencies, all kinds of illnesses, sleeplessness, blood circulation issues etc.

Yeah, it's definitely my sleep and increased cortisol over the years duo to work that has aged my eye area faster, although it's genetic as well as my mom has it and i always had it as well

get your blood checked
fix your sleeping schedule
improve your diet to meet the micro and macro nutrients necessary

if you still have dark circles under your eyes afterwards, then you pretty much know what the root cause of them are (bones)
especially if youre young bc thats when collagen should be at its peak

I know the root of my issue is bones tbh, I NEVER had a good undereye area even when I was training with optimal diet and sleep, blood has been checked as well

This guy had pretty good results from fat graft where he extracted fat from his abs to put under his eyes. Gave him an automatic six pack too as a side effect apparently.

This woman had long-lasting results from fat graft 9 years later.

@Niko

Thank you for the detailed reply, but I think that this is going too far for me.
Are there any other ways to improve oneself in this regard? Perhaps some kind of a treatment with ointments?

Still confused whether orbital rim implants or fat graft is better. Implants sounds more permanent, but fat graft seems less risky? So idk. I think filler migrates and can result in looking like a bloated abomination. I wonder what the both fat graft and implant in combination would look like, perhaps that is the ultimate fix.

I had my tear trough filled with Juvederm, but it didnt really change the appearance of my dark circles. I'm starting to think fat grafts won't either.

I had a consultancy today with a nurse about it. There are a lot of factors that play into the appearance of your dark circles. From the pic it looks like you have a fine little 'line' right beneath your eye. I do as well - that's a Dennie-Morgan fold and is caused mainly by allergic rhinitis. Unfortunately once it appears it's pretty much permanent. You can get filler to lessen the appearance of it, but it's tricky compared to just filling the trough since you have to go closer to the socket of the eye.

What I talked with the nurse about today was a treatment I hadn't considered before, but she told me it would be effective and showed me some results: Laser resurfacing. It costs about 900$ per treatment and you should expect 1-3 treatments. I can DM you the clinic if you want.

Supposedly it tightens the skin around your orbitals, which should help lessen the excess skin directly underneath your eyes. Do you have a skin "fold" when you smile excessively? If so you may benefit from this. The coloring of your under eye area seems to be the hardest to change, but after reading more about laser resurfacing it can quite possibly help this as well.

Fillers will sort that out.

No scleral show suggests no issues with bone structure.

You could try a volufiline serum while the fillers slowly go away as well. That would be a good long trial period.

I'm pretty much doing this now... Hopped on the france sederma 100% volufiline concentration after getting fillers and I'm applying it every night along with Vit K cream and a moisturizing eye cream (beaute pacifique 'paradoxe eye cream'). It has pretty much completely removed the hollowness and made my tear trough much more even, but I still have dark circles JFL.

@Lorsss is CEO of under-eye area and just had fat graft surgery with promising results, only discoloring is still there. Planning to get the same.
