Traditional Orbital Box Osteotomy is not practical because of the $125K+ price tag (recent quotes) and the risks involved to open the cranial vault and expose the brain.

I invented an aesthetic and lower risk "Minimal" Version. It's still about as invasive as bimax, so very. But no where near as much as traditional with craniotomy (1% death risk - unacceptable for me) In the version Invented, no craniotomy is done.



It is rightfully available only through Giant Istanbul as I am the inventor and have a patent on the guides necessary to perform it. We are the most experienced in performing it anyway. The cost is about 35,000 euros at the time of writing.
