If the distance between my eyes had been just a few millimeters wider, I wouldn't have even come to this community.

It's not that this community is bad, but I've been under such severe mental stress all this time.

Traditional Orbital Box Osteotomy is not practical because of the $125K+ price tag (recent quotes) and the risks involved to open the cranial vault and expose the brain.

I invented an aesthetic and lower risk "Minimal" Version. It's still about as invasive as bimax, so very. But no where near as much as traditional with craniotomy (1% death risk - unacceptable for me) In the version Invented, no craniotomy is done.



It is rightfully available only through Giant Istanbul as I am the inventor and have a patent on the guides necessary to perform it. We are the most experienced in performing it anyway.

The cost is about 35,000 euros at the time of writing.

If you are a preliminary candidate, the doctor will write an rx for CT scan, which you will take to your local imaging center. Once you have the scans, a detailed consultation will be held on zoom.

Widening OBO, for close set eyes is the most straight forward, although the rarest, and something I pioneered.

Narrowing OBO for wide set eyes leaves extra soft tissue that needs to be addressed: redundant skin and possibly epicanthal folds.

However, both are certainly feasible and Giant Implants service has done both versions successfully.

Yes I reject many. Almost half who are not candidates, sometimes alternative procedures are discussed.
