Fuck my shoulders injury I was 87kg in last summer and dropped to 79kg in 12 month

Cant imagine how you’all go around without jacked body, its such an insane halo

Yeah. Happily 80kg at 12-14% is my natural state I wont go below it

wow man this is so fucking amazing!, 90kg is literally my dream weight

do you have any tips to help me achieve this goal? I’m currently 62kg

First of all its not about the weight.

The weight you can get and should strive for depends on body structure and height. If you are lean naturally you can look big as fuck at 80 kg since on smaller bones muscles are way more defined.

I also was 62kg btw at same height, I ate shit ton at some point + trained 3 times a week and gained nice weight

I was 105kg at 20-22% bf. After hurting my shoulder I've become 92kg at 13-14% bf. I still look big though I could've been bigger if not for trying pr at bench.

Only do floor presses. Bench is retarded.

i got shoulder injury from rows jfl

92kg at 13-14% is pretty damn big, unless you are 6’6 or so.

Same story to me, I got leaner and lost a bit of muscle mass
