I hear this argument a lot, but people fail to realize majority of people who aren’t vegan, so meat eaters, have nutrient deficiencies as well. A good planned vegan diet, with supplementation if unable to get entirely through diet, should be healthier than a diet including meat and animal products due to lower saturated fat consumption and others factors like fiber intake etc.there are over 50 nutrients that the vegan diet doesnt provide you. ex the b6 vitamins, B12, vitamin D and much more

I am ignorant on the topic so take this as a grain of salt, but i genuinely feel better without vegetables, i had sebderm during all of my teen years, extreme irritation and dandruff, tried ketoconazole but it raped my hair, so i tried elimination diet to erase potential triggers, only ate meat, organs and fruits, and it went away, since then i've stayed on the diet and sometimes eat raw foods for the taste and i am alright
Omega6s are really unstable compared to 3s, and when the concentration of those on your cellular membrane is high, sun exposure becomes dangerous, i am pale and never in my life was i able to have more than 40mins of unprotected sun exposure, since i stopped consuming seed oils i can chill outside for the whole day and i just tan a little bit, we know that fish oils are used to treat burns and i have a high intake of those as well
I don't plan on doing my research because i feel great as of now, never felt better health wise, haven't got sick, i have more consistent energy levels through the day probably because of ketosis, i have no inflammation, i look better, etc.

That can be achieved through eating vegetables. All can be achieved in a well balanced vegan diet.well it would take a long time to go in depth. but it comes down to what knowledge in nutrition we have.
the vegetable isnt meant for our consumption. the plant protects itself from predators via chemicals and physical counters.

Some nutrients like taurine are beneficial according to studies and aren t in a vegan diet. You heard them "50 micro nutrients..." . They re not essential though. Maybe the other nutrients are obtainable but unless you meassure each one out and know your absorption rate of certain plant vitamin forms (mostly genetic) or have regular blood tests you won t know.
