What are the main vitamines that help getting taller? My dad is 186cm, mom is 170cm. Rn Im at around 171-172 and i just turned 16 but i have fast metabolism and as long as i remember i never ate a lot, i dont know why. What supplements should i take?

I live in a very small town, there arent any actually good job opportunities here. Plus, I now study in a bigger city, it takes me 2.30 hours to get there, and 2.30 hours to come back home. So yeah, I basically dont even have free time, not even talking about finding time for working ;(

I live in Russia. TBH, i dont even know the price of a good meal. I just eat whatever is on the table. No need for financial help brother (if you meant it). Good advice should do it
