If you can do anything about the implant without risking health (I assume theres a reason it's there) then I can see you being able to jasonstathammaxx / bikermaxx smth like that and fill a niche. Your front pic reminds me of Niko Bellic from GTA 4.

For looksmaxxing :(:(. I don't know what to do I had brow ridge reduction and I wanted to fix that. But now it looks ogre

Your height is good, but your forehead is a pretty big flaw tbh, otherwise you’re decent. If you can remove that implant or fix it somehow without risking health then 100% do it

You should unless you want to protect your own privacy. If you don’t doxx for your sake ofc that’s a valid reason but you shouldn’t hold back names after bad results. They should be a warning to people. Just as good results get praise for the surgeon bad results should be called out as well for the safety of others.

The only advice I have to say is don't have forehead implants in general.
