One solution is to remove it but I don't want to because of medical risks. Too many times of opening the incisions man. What else can I do besides, hair transplant and having a fringe as a hairstyle to cover this?

But, I'm pretty sure, these flaws could be deminished significantly if you had good amount of hair and hairline. Than maybe with fringe, or side-swipe. or stuff like suck. One could hide the falws or make the flaws like 50% better.
Than you shoudl be able to look average range in face.

Than if you gymmaxx decently well your good height body. You shoudl overall be able to go above average will that.

But, damn. It will need a surgery/way. That you get good hair and hairline.

The morph looks good ngl. Yes bro, I've booked a hair transplant. I want to go for full density. I hope then I can have a hairstyle like fringe.

na he was 3.5/10 and descended to 3/10. but his jaw and cheek implants look good, if he didn't go for the deformity looking forehead implant he would have looked alright now
