exactly, but imo there is positive and negative coping. There are copes that burden or inhibit your chance at overcoming a challenge like you typically see in a bluepill/redpill context. Blackpill is neutral regarding coping, and whitepill has the positive copes that let you progress in your life minimizing unnecesary suffering. It is modern day stoicism in a way.
