Currently Im trying to loose weight, does anybody know websites like looksmax.org but for weight loss?
 
I mean not really, don't know any, but do you really need to go out of your way to find another resource to do that? Are you sure that's gonna be any more helpful than just a caloric deficit? There are also a few threads over here for "unhealthy weight loss" through peptides and hunger regulation.

I don't think you need to find new information on weight loss, you probably already know all you need, you just haven't properly applied it...

Yeah probalbly ur right haha and i dont even wanna do an unhealthy weight loss. My goal is to be on the absolute edge of loosing weight in a healthy way
 
Unfortunately not anymore because the world got too woke. I was there for pro ana tumblr and myproana website which has just changed to eating disorder support forum. But all those sites were just for women. No one thinks of male eating disorders

Nahhh imma stick to healthy cuz i dont wanna spike my cortisol and loose all my muscle mass
healthy = eat less and move more
if you care about muscle mass, still eat protein, and train hard
to move more you can try more step/day or cardio after workout but be careful about recovery.
that's all you need to know

No. All were from the 2000s and 2010s and are either inactive or just gone now. You missed out on a good era

Okay i weigh 59 kg at 167 cm and eat 1560 kcal daily and 138 g of protein to not loose muscle mass, but most of the time i consume 3000 kcal and burn 1500 kcal with cycling

I know im short im 16 but im fine with that cuz im doing cycling and all the pros are short and good loves us and to him looks dont matter, to humans yes it matters a lot but lets just focus on wheight and not really on blackpill

All men are loved by God, no matter their height, but this is not a religious place, it's about maxxing out your life on hearth (I try not to encourage sinning too much tho)

Yeah i wanna be a pro cyclist and the goal is to maximizes your watts/kg of bodyweight the same as in F1 = max the hp/kg of car weight. Bf% 19 or smth im not overweight but i can loose about 10 kg weight and then i shoul be around 6 %bf

if you're serious about going pro, you need to get a coach
but for now, if you want to lose fat, keep eating how you eat and do 3-5000 more steps
or eat a bit less, make your plates less full
and of course don't binge, don't snack etc if you didn't plan it
6%bf is way too lean for a natty to maintain year round and for optimal performances. aim for 13% in the first time you'll see from there

What I personnaly do for fat loss is do 1 or 2 24hrs fast/week and a 48h fast every other week. It helps me mentally too as I don't like the feeling of food in my tummy. I also just don't eat a lot everyday

You’re probably not burning 1500 calories a day cycling at 59kg unless you’re doing an insane amount.

If you’re getting that number from a fitness tracker thing, they are very inaccurate but also the calorie burn figure they provide for an activity often includes the calories you would’ve burned anyway from just existing.

The other thing is that the body adapts to the expenditure by adjusting NEAT (look it up) so you will subconsciously move less at other times to conserve energy, causing you to burn less calories than you would be otherwise.

I do cycling too and its true what your saying. Its pwr(power to weight ratio)

But fasting is gonna cook my hormones alr tried 20 hours no eating and 1 hour eating for a week and i lost a lot but i also lost muscle mass and i cant loose muscle mass. It took me like a year to develop my zone 2 from 60 watts to 170 watts

then just fill your plate a bit less on every meal and don't compensate, it will do the trick eventually. I don't think OMAD fucks up your test tho

Will i be fine with just counting my calories or should i stop counting them and eventually i will loose wheight? I think regarding muscle loss i should keep on counting them

Sounds like you’re pretty dedicated. Perhaps you really do burn 1500 calories doing that but the specifics are irrelevant. Just track your eating and track your weight, and then from the rate of weight change you can calculate your daily average expenditure and decide on the size of your deficit.

I recommend the app MacroFactor to make this easy. Best food logger on the market I’d say.

But then what if eat not enough calories than i should? Im alr short and with eating to less i will stunt my growth even more. And i rather think imma eat to much if i dont count them. And i will loose muscle mass if i eat not enough protein

Well obviously some people successfully lose weight without calorie counting, so it depends on how bothersome you find it, but counting is more scientific, once you figure out your average expenditure and eat less than that, weight loss is guaranteed.

People who claim to be “eating at a deficit but not losing weight” are either counting incorrectly or they’re overestimating their expenditure because they just trusted a calculator or whatever that only gives a rough estimate.
 
Well obviously some people successfully lose weight without calorie counting, so it depends on how bothersome you find it, but counting is more scientific, once you figure out your average expenditure and eat less than that, weight loss is guaranteed.

Imma count them. Imma reduced it from 1500 kcal to 1300kcal daily
 
nigga stop over complicating weight loss, eat less. its as simple as that, there isn't any forums that are gonna have a magical method for loosing 50lb in a month. if you are obese and really dont have the will power to loose weight just use retatrutide or tirzepatide

Its about not reducing my growth and to not loose muscle mass
