what’s a good way to lose weight while still in puberty i’m doing 200 cal deficit idk if that’s good or not i hope it’ll help me grow taller and get lean

yeah 200 is perfect, when you come to like 72 stop the deficit

i lost 70 pounds but i never counted a single calorie 🤔 just ate whole foods and stopped eating bs and did cardio and it saved me idk

being in a calorie deficit while in puberty is bad cz in puberty u need lots of energy nd nutrients. Instead u should eat only whole foods (eat when u feel hungry and stop eating a bit before u get full) and exercise a lot. whats gonna help u get taller is exercising hard (realease alot of HGH) and having a good quality sleep cz its in ur deep sleep where HGH release the most

I think you are not too fat estimated from your status i think your skinny fat, main gaining is gonna be the best for you. I don't recommend going on a calorie deficit while you still in puberty your body needs food to grow proberly

what if i accidentally get in a big deficit and stop growth
idk about this, in ur case u have to track ur calories, cus i just got extremely anorexic and was worrying about every calorie i eat, when i was seeing that 1 kg has added to my weight i was absolutely psychotic and lowered my food portions and just drank water when i felt hungry, i didnt care about stopping growing cus i was 181cm already (now im 183)
i lost 18 kg in 3 months (81 kg -> 63kg), and now my weight just bounces around 61-63 and i care about what i eat less now

i also went to gym to not lose my muscles and to not become a skeleton like martin

wb counting cals
tracking calories for weight loss or restriction during pberty is bad cz and can impair growth, bone development, and hormonal maturation

fuck yes bet what about when i can’t go to the gym how many steps should i get the days when im home i go to gym 3x thats all i can do and tell me how many cals i should eat
get a walking pad there like $80 best 80 i spent
