i’m still in puberty
i want to lose like 10kgs with a 200 cal deficit how many cals should i eat a day if i walk 10k steps everyday and gym 3-4x a week with 1hour of incline treadmill when im at gym how many cals should i eat please help me with this it’s all i need i thought that maintenance is 3k but everyone saying thats too much because my stats are:
