What do i need to use to lower cortisol that's not hurtful to my health?

Already use ashwaganda. Im extremely stressed because of her. My libido also crashed to death. Before i had morning woods everyday but now i dont even get a boner anymore any time of the day. I haven't tried watching porn to get a boner though cause i simpely not horny anymore. Rip testosterone

my diet consists of meat and dairy. So it doesn't really help. Thanks for the advice though.
