What has been your biggest deficit? how many calories, for how long, and what results you got?

Hmm I ate probably 1200-1400 calories keto with 18h fasting every Day. Went from 84kg to 77 In 6 weeks

Look up Lyle McDonald protein spared modified fast. This is the BEST way to have a huge calorie deficit with minimal muscle loss

one thing I learned is that the right thing is to lose weight slowly and train 6x at the gym, and you will have this body:

going to the gym 5/6 times a week, eating protein in every meal and being in a 400-500 cal deficit mogs starving yourself so hard
cause when youre fat you have a lot of strenght so you build more muscle under the fat while leaning down, and eventually you get to 12% bodyfat with a muscular body
meanwhile ppl who starve themselves reach skinnyfat much quicker but look like absolute shit, and will have worse results at the gym

3 month, dint count, chicken breast and egg with some junk food
70+ to 50+kg
