what is the acceptable minimum and what is considered normal, high? from a blackpilled perspective. got my blood work and doc said everything is normal

you can get to 1200 natty and could maintain 900 almost all year around

950 is ideal but 850 is more realistic

2.5g tongat ali cycle (5 days on, 2 off), ksm-66 ashwagandha 600mg. 1-3 months. Can add tar form shilajit if possible

reminder that tar form shilajit and ashwagandha are the only 2 food supplements that have been tested on HEALTHY men and improved their testosterone levels

To maintain:

Animal food diet. Exclude fruits and grains. Preferably eat raw ofc

Since animal foods provide cholesterol, you can absorb vitamin d from sun. Also animal foods already have Vit d present so you wont be defiecent.

Heavier weight workouts, but this is honestly optional.

What's a good free T level?
the more the better, usually if u have high overall T your free T is good, i would say in 90% of cases, ofc SHBG and liver health plays a huge role

-Less than 8-9hrs of high quality sleep
-Lifestyle stress
-Being non lifting faggot
-Poor diet & nutrient/micronutrient deficiencies
-More exposure than average to environmental anti androgens

That's probably fine then. Sitting all day is bad for your test because it usually goes hand in hand with having a weak body and lack of stimulus. Obviously with these stats you're not weak and you train

T level difference is negligible in the natty range . It's all about androgen sensitivity.

300 ng/dl mogger with high androgen sensitivity > 900ng/dl incel with low androgen sensitivity

At super physiological levels of T... the roid-cel has a big advantage obviously. I was talking about the natty range. Even then, natty gym-cel with above average genetics will mog roid-cels with piss poor genetics.

Tbh 250mg test doesn’t build that much muscle it’s not like wow you turn into a different specie
I seen that in many cases including myself and friends
There are maybe genetic outliers

if a natty works hard and gains 5kg in a year
The testcel will gain 9-10kg with a visible cosmetic effect
It’s just the same testosterone makes it faster because of nitrogen retention at the end of the day it’s almost same
