I was 138 last year in June. Now I’m 166. How can I get back down to at least 140?

I said I waned to starve myself but my gf said that’s not right.

now that I live with her I’m far from my gym and never go. She also cooks a lot. I need to lose weight asap

Eat high satiety foods like boiled potatoes, eggs, fish and beef. Also eat lots of protein. That way u lose weight while not starving

now i didnt read whatever op said but always cut slowly otherwise you can get lose skin, low energy, muscle loss and so on

Implement a water fasting regimen.

A 6-7 day water fast every three months is a good way to maintain acceptable weight, in my experience.

Of course, YMMV, but trying it won't hurt if done correctly
 
water fasting (gradually building up, start with 24h)
or low calorie keto with cardio
maybe combine them

ECA stack might be very beneficial for you

alternatively DNP if you got the true mental of a looksmaxxer
