The most efficacious anti aging protocols require topical agents being applied to your face. Tret is the gold standard for anti-aging, and its research for anti-aging wipes the floor for the research for any hormone you plan on pinning.

Good diet and supps are important, yes, but if OP wants to really step up his anti aging then he should also be using topical agents like Tretinoin.

HGH and TRT when he’s much older 40+ would work for anti-aging, particularly when his hormones begin to truly decline and he begins to legitimately start degrading. But until he reaches that point he doesn’t need exogenous hormones unless he plans on using them for other purposes.
