What is your height compared to your parents? Did your lifestyle differ to theirs?

I am northern chinese (born in the West). I am 6'2, my dad is 5'10 and my mom is 5'6. Is it common to be taller than parents by this much? How tall are you guys compared to your parents?

im taller than my parents by quite a bit but its confusing because i eat like shit more often than they did but then again i do also move more. i prob have higher cortisol than my parents tho so idk if that effects by potential height cuz im still growing

brutal environment including my siblings but I had it even worse than them. My parents grew up severely malnourished but I grew up almost vegan, 1-2 no protein meals a day and corticosteroids for asthma. My shortest maternal cousin is a 165cm female and that's my midget side, my great grandfather on my dads side was 6'7 I think.
