What kind of training split/exercises should I do in the gym?

I have a home gym (bench that can be incline/normal/decline, preacher bench, back extension support, resistance band, adjustable dumbbells, pull-up bar, calisthenic handles). I'm just looking to heightmaxx and framemaxx, not really going for hypertrophy atm. 15 years old btw

Why? If you train anything meaningfully enough hypertrophy will happen regardless. Just train everything apart from obliques maybe and your frame should improve accordingly
