I'm sure this has been discussed on Lookism forums.
Take me. I'm 27 and look young for my age. I have the face of a 18-20 years old. Which in theory, it's a good thing, if you have masculine bones. But not when you're a neotenous aspie.
Now take Sean O'Pry. In his late 20's too. He looks like what would you expect a MAN to look like in his late 20s.
What's the explanation behind it. High / low Testosterone in adolescence?
