As above, to maximise my looks do I need to undergo a canthoplasty to achieve a PCT and fat transfer to the hollowing upper eyelid corners, any other recommendations welcome?

Maybe rhino but you look pretty good already. Fix area and Chad/Chadlite depending on height

What required to become chad/model tier
Fix eye area and rhino. You can wear contacts to change eye colour. How tall are you?

Eye area definitely needs fixing, what surgeries do you recommend for a permanent solution? I'm 6.0ft

You look like a normal Man to me..It is sad that a Man like this has to go threw that to get a worthless cunt..I grew up before online dating and now I can barley get a reply online dating..I am 43...You can see what I look like in the thread I posted

Decent skull shape, but you have Jew eyes (round, close set, NCT, lots of UEE)...unless you wanna get an Orbital Box Osteotomy and have a high risk of scars around your eyes, there's isn't much you can do to fix them.

An oculoplastic surgeon will guide you the best but imo infraorbital rim implants, fillers and lower eyelid retraction should be ok. Rhino for a better side profile. Along with that wear hazel contacts, 2 in lifts and then go slay

Canthoplasty for NCT and filler for more hooded eyes?

I think women basically are just sperm toliets..I understand the biological desire to get as many as you can..But do you think the modern toilet is worth all that surgery?..TIKtoc is a perfect example and only fans...You want to impress that

That won't do much, I also just noticed your eyes are bulging out quite a bit. Jew eyes are a curse. You'd have to get a browridge implant, orbital implants (pray they fix the NCT) and while you're at it cheekbone implants too. And after all that they would still be too close set.

No i'm not doing it for the women, I get plenty of women I've never had that problem, quite the opposite. I'm doing it for my own self

Well for one I don't have bulging eyes, my eyes are deep set and I have if anything a prominent browridge (see photo). I agree with some eyework to correct the NCT but i don't agree with close set eyes, they're normal any by no means close set. I also have prominent zygo arches

And for a better front too, his nasal septum seems to be a bit deviated.
Correct, I had a good nose but had rhinoplasty and it made things worse tbh

JFL @ that orbital vector. The browridge implant would be used to press down the soft tissue, not make it more prominent. Take a ruler and measure your IPD and I guarantee you you'll be below average. Your zygos are invisible.

You've proven yourself to be completely resistant to proper advice and this discussion is over, get your run-of-the-mill procedures and let that surgeon scam you, but don't come back after complaining.

Orbital vector can be easily sorted with filler/fat transfer. What is standard IPD and i'll come back to you on that one. Zygos can been seen in photo attached. I'm not resistance to proper advice as I've accepted eye area and rhino but to suggest a browridge implant when I already have a prominent one would look stupid to press down on the soft tissue, surely filler/fat transfer would result in a better outcome

Here are some proper zygos. Notice the visible bumps on his face? I am in complete and utter shock that you are considering fillers, it's been common knowledge for ages now that they migrate all over your face and bloat you, plus they only keep their effect for a few months.

Why do you think fillers get shilled so hard by surgeons? They're easy af to do and have the patient come back again and again. Basically a massive scam and a good representation of what most of aesthetic surgery is about. I suggest you look into proper implants/osteotomies and which surgeons are actually trying to help their patients. Be prepared to pay quite a bit though.

Lighting plays a big factor here, yes that's the issue i don't want to be paying a fortune for implants to just have minor improvements

Implant design

You need a custom infraorbital rim implant like this, then your done. It costs 10k dollars in Texas (doctor who designed this implant, I recommend him for this since he has good design).

I agree, is that Dr Taban? Also, would you recommend cathoplasty along with this?

No dont do Dr Taban, overpriced and not such good result with his IOI implants. This is Dr Apostolakis in Texas.

I dont recommend canthoplasty, theres too big of a chance to look unnatural, if your insistent on doing it though then make sure its SUBTLE, stress that A LOT to your surgeon pre-op (because surgeons have a tendency to be arrogant fags who dont listen).
