What surgical options are available to fix a high gonial angle paired with a short ramus?

As you can see my gonial angle is sky high and my ramus is also extremely short which usually results in a horrific looking side profile and jaw frontal angle. The only redeeming features here are a straight mandible and adequate chin projection but lowering the gonial angle to 125° or less and lenghtening the ramus is extremely important. Any recommendations for surgical procedures that could possibly fix this would be much appreciated
