What the hell am i meant to do with my hair?

I have shitty black dense 3a ethnic hair

Always wanted 2b-2c hair

Always had short hair, tried fades, tapers, all looked shit (issue is my face lmfao I'm ugly asf)

So I decided to grow it out and get it long and see how it goes

This was my inspiration

But rn it's dry, poofy and looks like shit.

I need it grow longer firstly, hang down and for the curls to loosen into s shaped curls.

I've been on NoPoo for 2 months now, and only products I use is Taliah Wajid Curl Sealer which definitely helped and some random store conditioner.

Here is my hair

Been thinking of getting light brown highlights as well.

Any ideas of what I could do + any product suggestions?

its worth it 100 percent your hair will straighten out and not be as dry,then get it cut short

I need the back to grow a bit longer however.
