What's a diet I can stick to?

I'm 161lbs, 5'4", 17 and I'm trying to get in a calorie deficit to lose weight. I want to know a diet I can stick to daily, I don't want to overcomplicate it since I'm not good with food. I know it's mostly over for my height, but I atleast want to maximize what I can since I wasn't fed healthy throughout my childhood.
 
5'4 + 17 + deficit = over

it depends if you have money or not but i would say something like the paul saladino diet or santa cuz medicinals is the best

if u want to research more raw maybe faceiq or goatis

no, but roughly 30% body fat that's why I'm trying to lose it or else I'm never gonna ascend, wasn't the most lucky with parents that care for my health
I’d recommend the cronometer app, it helps you build a plan on how much weight you want to lose over which period of time, and you can also track your calories and macros all for free
