Gym and cardio are just too good, and your diet should be optimal regardless, if the gym is too far build your own power rack for 200 bucks and buy an olympic bb and weights, or do your own with concrete and metal rods. You don't need supplements, besides a couple cheap ones. Learning how to hack your body through diet-exercise requires some time investment, knowledge and experience, but then you are set for life.
If you lack willpower because of too much work and life is too hard, JUST ROID, get on TRT so you can deal with life and keep your routines and become the beast you were meant to be. Injecting T for better life performance is probably much healthier than being too tired to hit the gym and cardio and doing none of it.
You can't really know how much time you need to invest in the gym/cardio, since it's totally dependent on yourself and how advanced you are. A cycle for slaying season is also optimal, i wouldn't do TRT or several cycles a year, unless you NEED it due to time constraints or whatever, but there is a cost to roids too and most people don't need to abuse them.
