When can you safely drink booze without cucking yourself?

Am I pretty much fully developed height wise that I don't need to worry about alcoholic stunting growth at 19? I don't drink that much to begin with but it is safe to do now? I'm 6,4.5 (195cm) so I think i've reached my max height but just wondering if I might be able to get a bit taller, being 6,5 would be dope
