When will Asian women stop wearing masks?

There were so many Asian women when I went to Chinatown it was like being a kid in a candy store except for the fact that they were literally all wearing masks. I'm honestly scared it won't stop and I might have to die volcel.

Also all females do this cause NPCs mind + They think its cute + it make them look better since women only need good eyes to be attractive and it look a gag/muzzle or something
