She showed me the guys actually. They were high iq guys from top tier indian colleges making good amount of money but nerdy and ugly. That's what her parents were looking for. Her parents were okay with marrying her boyfriend but she had high standards and wanted a hot guy. And in India if a woman is over 30 the chances of her marrying goes down she will have to settle for bald old men who are divorced.

I think it literally just depends on the woman.
