All "supermodels" doesn't have true narrow palates (6 teeth smile) far from that.
Meeks doesn't have it, neither Chico, neither Gandy, neither De Poot, neither Dellisola etc and so-on.
But that being said you can perfectly have a wide bizygo and a narrow palate, those are not mutually exclusive (the contraposite is not true tho).
