I dunno bout other sports but in football (soccer) the players care more about the money and social media. And also they have high e levels and have no fight or purpose because of this soyciety that they grew up in.

Yep, because of this they are not only more driven but also are less insecure/fragile. Meaning they can accept when they made mistakes and learn from them, instead of blaming others like a snowflake, therefore not refining the skills.

It's sad. Another thing is and especially in English teams you have tons of different players from different countries. Whereas back in the day great teams like Man United where mostly white and British. This gave them more connection to eachother and a better morale.
