@Lonely your eyes aren't deep set and you could get orbital decompression. To get deeper set eyes. That's the point of it, but asking the doctor to clean mainly outter lateral orbital walls as opposed to inner and fixing the IPD would be a nice side effect.

His eyes are deepset enough jfl, even if theyre not ideal shape. His main failo is ofc pheno and his narrow ass lips which ruins his lower third.
