If you do it with good nutrition and lots of water your skin will ascend hard from your cells being renewed.
 
Lazy people with no willpower who use every cope in the book to try to dodge leanmaxxing.

Leanmaxxing is hard : hunger, insomia, spending dozen of hours per week in the gym, big binge eating craves. It's too difficult for 80% of the people.

Yeah I agree, took a lot of discipline for me to do it and not turn it into a eating disorder.

I've seen people say it here in regards to jerremy fragrance
thats cos he has pencil neck and too skinny with little mass. His face mogs and thats proved by foids in comment section. Just get 1- percetn bf with thick neck and it looks rlly good

Yeah so basically no point in doing it unless you've got good muscle mass otherwise you'll look like an Auschwitzch victim

well yeah you should do both like get a good amount of muscle train neck maximise protein and then cut down

Its cope if one has barely any fat on face/neck usually the guys who are bloated get the best transformations from leanmax

Tbf I ascended from it even when I thought I was skinny. but I lost 5kg from IT cus I guess I was bloated lol even tho I was skinny at the time.
You won't know till you try it

Ascended is prob far stretched for 5 kgs what really matters is how much bodyfat % was lost because everything else doesnt matter to making face more lean

I defo ascended. people who I haven't seen before it were so surprised at how I looked

I was at like 18-20% before it but skinny fat
And I lean bulked and got to under 15%.
I focused on skincare and nutrition a lot too.
It was just a hard softmax for 6 months

It didn't fix my nose tho lol ill be get rhino for that since it's a bit of a falio

gym is not necessary, anyone can do cardio on any floor and the rest is diet.

To get lean that is true. The issue is getting to 10% with no muscular base can make you look frail and unattractive unless you have a strong frame.

Ideally 10% body fat is accompanied by a muscular neck and 1-3 years of natty gains (or equivalent).

Tbh its not hard if you eat high protein/moderate fat/low carb and do intermittent fasting with two meals a day.

but yeah most people here are lazy fat subhumans who would rather whine than improve.

Because the idea of putting down the fork is unbearable for them. There are no other reasons.
