Why do some low iq ethnic group parents have kids that do much better in school than them and are gifted?

Maybe it was a different nutrition thing, or they studycel until eternity. India seems to have a low iq but there are many smart Indian kids at my school.

I think it stems from the parents growing up in poverty without proper education so they basically force it on their children so they don’t turn out low iq like themselves

basically, what happens is the earlier you learn information, the bigger the advantage. So they have their children at age 5 reading and doing math at a 7th grade level. So even if the child slack off as they get older they will still be above average.
