Why does skin look so bad in artificial lightning ??

In shopping malls, going in a cafe, walking outside every single pore is showing in my face and it’s murdering my self esteem

Feel like i’m committing a crime just for letting people see my face it makes me wanna cancel all plans and never go outside

Makes my skin look more pale, dull, rough, unhealthy, and in warm/natural lightnings my skin looks super clear and relaxed

Can drinking tons of water, tinted sunscreen/accutane fix this? Facial Cleansing, surgery, any skin laser smoothing stuff, anything that can help even if its a bit
