Why hasn’t a 3 way expander been invented yet

the only expander there is is just for width, but why not instead of just pushing side to side, push up, forwards, and side to side to as well as widen the maxilla, create more forward growth and make the maxilla less elongated, this would only work in theory if you added the expander to push up since if you push forward a expander only effects the lower maxilla which would make your face look disproportionate.

If you pushed up on your palate with your thumbs could it in theory make your maxilla less elongated like how thumb pulling makes the maxilla more wide
