check Chinese shops if I can find anything that's not easily available where you live, and then throw a couple hundred at stock and see if u can get it sold.

Buy any chinese/somewhere else cheap low value stuff on ebay or other sites - normally items from there are listed as taking 2-3 weeks. Sell it in your own country at x3 the price and because people can have it in a couple of days rather than weeks they buy from you

Look for niche things that are not as popular with you. just expand your mind and start looking, ask yourself what do other people like and want? so many opportunities.

As tips for online selling I'd say try to diversify as soon as you have one niche occupied, say you have 10 dildo's now do gardening tools, so you don't just have the one niche

Also I see building actual stuff as a better business than resale, since you are actually making stuff and are not bound by producer quality

use youtube, just be careful of the hundreds if not thousands of get rich quick schemes, dropshipping "courses" and FBA "academys". be super careful who you go to for training and be even more careful about which business model you sink your cash into. there's probably more people online selling courses on how to make money and only making their money that way than there are people actually just making money.

Only a part of my sells comes from handmade stuff, most still comes from selling Chinese stuff at inflated prices. I do really enjoy making things thou.

Look at this gay “floating” bedframe i made
It cost about 120 in supplies during the height of lumber prices, so it’s really only like 80-100 in materials now.
It took me 4-6 hours total with staining included, and i could probably sell it for 400-680 dollars.

i can make benches, shelves, tables, etc

next time i will at least run those thru a table saw or jointer, or route those edges. it's common lumber and it *looks* like common lumber.

as you get better at woodworking, you'll find how to make stuff out of common lumber and it not look like it. then you'll be real good. also learn real joinery, not just screwing stuff together.

if you can make a bridle joint or a big ass mortise and tenon for a 6x6 timber frame in some fancy ass rich person's house for a "farmhouse" piece, you can make a SHITTON of money. find some old barns on vacant land and either track down the land owner or it's literally falling apart just fucking go *steal the wood*.

yes, the nasty ass old wood as long as there's no rot is what they want. you don't even need complex joints like scarf joints and shit, just bridles and mortis and tenon. that's it. and those joints hold way more weight than using pocket screws.


I also might start a pressure washing business and eventually open a gym or two
I'm currently studying CS and have scholarship so i'm also actively getting paid to go to school, so I may focus on that before the gym idea
I could have a decent gym for like maybe 10-20k and then slowly add to it as I get more members.

Ebay does seal the deal. FB and other places people dick around and you spend time with messaging and posting.

I still do very well compared to the world for sure. But it eats up a lot of time. And then you want to expand, but as noted who do you trust.
