Thats because part of mens attraction is also mascaline features, and those don't peak till later for men, so for most women its 16-23 as their attraction is based on more youthfull indaicators compared to men, so men peak at around 25-33. Im talking about people at peak and with good genetics and decent oral posture , good diet took care of themselves.

Women as they get older their chin becomes larger which makes them look older, samething happens to men but but like i said thats a mascaline trait which works with men.

Look at this 53 year old model black man, and guess what this is him in a bad photo with bad angle and lighting with just a basic cell phone. hes body is on par with a fit in shape 33 year old man.
