Wider palate = Teeth gap?

i just realized that i got a gap between my two front teeth that i didn't have before
And the only conclusion came to mind that my palate is getting wider

and tbh im not sure if there's any other reason

It isnt very smart i made mt two front teeth not match up with my nose by doing that
