Will getting on SSRIs mitigate (I assume) cortisol induced bloating?

I have extreme EXTREME OCD and panic disorder and I'm basically on the verge of a severe panic attack 24/7 without any relief whatsoever, so my face is always puffy as fuck and always feels like I've been stung with bees, my question is if this is due to the constant high cortisol due to my mental illness, will getting on SSRIs stop this bloating by reducing the stress from the constant anxiety and OCD and thus reducing the cortisol, this reducing the bloating? Cuz if it will I'm hopping straight on SSRIs no hesitation
