I have even been smiled by them and talked to by a few just briefly.

So I decided to pick two of them and sent them a friend request of Instagram since they are private. Keep in mind my IG is perfectly normal, we have a lot of mutuals, I post a good variety of pics, my profile pic is a really good pic of me (similar to the one in my AVI, but obv a bit worse ) and I don’t post too much to the point it looks narcy.

Anyways, this was like 4 days ago and they won’t accept my shit. I’ve even seen one of them yesterday and she switched up lol, whereas before she made her intentions clear. This happened with another girl a few months ago and I never got accepted.

Why tf would this make any sense? She might have a bf now or something and doesn’t want me to appear in her followers since my profile pic is too visible. But since it happened with the other one too idk what’s going on.

They are followed by many of my way uglier friends and they don’t think twice about that. Makes no sense honestly, I get way more attention than my friends IRL but whenever I try to follow them on social media they treat me like shit compared to them.

Might have to delete my profile and just run with in person stuff forever.

I’m below him in looks, but the difference in treatment from one day to another is just too much to make any sense and I feel like it’s greater when you are in a certain percentile of looks. Have you taken into consideration that they might not even bother to check inside your profile, right? They probably take a quick glance at the pfp and decide whether to accept. If your cl face isn't in it, chances are they don't give a damn because they can't know it's the cl from the gym, party, or whatnot.

My IG is private so yeah the profile doesn’t even matter in this case, but they can see I have a good following and lots of mutuals.

My profile pic shows very clearly that it’s me, so that’s not a problem. And I’m very easily recognizable, I’m very unique.

So if they gave me that treatment IRL I would hope a different outcome with this, but it’s not the case for some reason we will never understand.
