Leftist politics had plenty of redeeming qualities before women started entering politics. Believe it or not but socialists did not originally believe in equality of outcome. They wanted capitalism gone sure but during the period of time where men were leading socialism and not women & soyboys they still believed in many of the same values that non-leftists do today such as the notion that individual effort matters and should be rewarded. There was no affirmative action or any such bullshit.

Women destroyed what could have been a legit political doctrine.

Early socialism was actually one of the most scientific economic doctrines at the time because they actually looked at society with (by the standards of the time) scientific methodology rather than the make belief bullshit of right-wing economics where some "invisible hand" magically makes everything work somehow. But those days are long gone and now socialism is utter bullshit.

Well women's right have always been a component of the leftist demands. The leftist men advocated for feminism because they wanted women to be their ally against capitalism. So once the left had gained significant influence in politics women would get their equal rights.

The irony being that giving women power and ability to enter the workplace only helped the capitalists more. The increase of supply of labor lowered it's value, and also paid the foundation for breaking apart families, which lead to the atomized, bugmen consumers we see today.

Yes, the capitalists loved to let women enter the workplace because it'd lower the cost of labors. Besides, it helped destroy destroy the traditional family value from which the average men benefit the most, and fuel the hypergamy - once women don't have to be financially dependent on men they'd let their primitive desires go and chase the top tier men. That favorises the capitalists /top tier men in return. The current hypergamy is actually a perfect depiction of capitalism : the rich get richer and the poor become poorer. Top tier men get all the pussies while average / below average men get nothing.

Back then left consisted of raw men, who had worked hard their whole life. Back then they were actually needed because working conditions were horrible, 18h work days, unsanitary factories, no proper protection and workers life was short and sad. When they got home, their family was hungry and their children had to work the jobs that were even deadlier.
