What are the best exercise to get abs in home no equipment only pull up rod

Any core strengthening exercises plus being low bf%. You can do crunches and core holds in bed easily. If you're trying to ascend with stuff like this also see if you can do forearm and shoulder work especially.

is 7.9%bf good?
Holy shit that's low, might be bordering unhealthy tbh, but will definitely be aesthetic. I haven't done too much research on the effects of low bf% but iirc 12-16% is ideal and up to 23% is fine. I'm currently at around 17.6 but I'm working to get down to 14% by university.

but to answer your question you'll get visible abs pretty quickly with that.

You went from 14 to 9 intentionally? 2000kcal will probably maintain your weight rn, don't sacrifice your mind for your body if you're already thin though. At a certain point, starving yourself and being consequently dumber won't be covered by any aesthetic gains.

ur most def underestimating, if you were that bf you would not need ab exercises cuz they would be very visible already.
Bf is very hard to measure accurately, and that bf would only be for people who were bodybuilders to step on stage, or some elite athletes.
If you got it from a dexa then thats probably ur best bet but otherwise ur probably not even close.

I have a pullup bar and what I do at home for abs are:
- hanging leg raises
- hanging knee tucks
- I have resistance bands I bought off amazon so i can do weighted ab cruches, I also do these at the gym

Here are characteristics of 5% bf and if you relate then I'd be impressed.

Striations and Separations: Muscles, especially in areas like the arms, chest, and legs, are highly defined with clear separations between muscle groups
Visible Muscle Fibers: Individual muscle fibers are visible,
Prominent Veins: Veins, particularly in the arms, shoulders, chest, and abdominal area
Six-Pack or Eight-Pack Abs: Abdominal muscles are distinctly visible with deep cuts and high definition

My weighing scale says that is 7.9% i dont know how accurate is it i have relly visible veins on my forearms and have a litttle six-pack and i just wanted to improve it thanks for exercises i will try it out

Yea ur scale is not accurate, I had one that told me I was 5%

These stats are practically useless, visible veins and being able to slightly see ur abs is a good sign. Just stay in a caloric deficit while doing cardio, and also training ur abs this way to see more improvement.
