Im 5ft7.5, Timberlands take me to 5ft9. The average shoe gives about .5 inches of height, so with Timberlands your gaining about 1inch of barefoot height over others. With 1 inch lifts inside it still looks natural, but I wouldn't go above that. Get black Timberlands if you want your height boost to be more discreet as well.
