been a month since i been on here but i need some opinions i drink abt 1 xxl maverick cup a day ngl ik i will lose some but idk if it will help a lot lmk if u quit and if i should too this my face rn.



also ik i got ramus of doom i just gotta work with ts

It would probably make your skin look healthier along with making you lose bloat. Try to get a better diet to see if you can improve skin quality.

Eat only meat eggs and veggies
Walk 10 K steps
Weight lifting 4 days a week
Eat 2 grams protien per kgs

There are no shortcuts

Not really. People love to act like soda is the singular villain in modern diets, but that is just lazy reductionism. Your body does not suddenly enter a fat-burning cuckold because you swapped Coke for water. If you cut soda but compensate with extra snacks, you are back at square one. The debloating effect people talk about is mostly water retention from sugar and carbonation, which is temporary. Real fat loss comes from long-term caloric control, consistent habits, and actual discipline, not just eliminating one beverage. Debloat is cope, jfl.

if its diet soda then u are fucking yourself, if its got sugar its not that bad but it has calories so dont overconsume or just cut it the fuck out. bodyfat is not ur biggest problem tho bro

its called not having your balls drop yet. Hit fucking puberty, go the the gym drink milk and DONT STARVE.

All the precursors needed when hitting the gym to gain muscle like good sleep, good diet etc all lead to the ideal way to develop during puberty coincidentally. Get off the site, you arent getting surgeries and go do some pushups. :Comfy:
